It is very true when it comes to evangelism, that fears sometimes can play a big role in what we do and do not do in ministry. There are of course many risks. The quote I cited, is not simply about death – it is about even “small deaths” or even “financial deaths” or perhaps “reputation deaths”. <\/p>\n
Often times, we try and rationalize things in a way as to really excuse ourselves. We might be afraid of loosing our job by witnessing to someone, so we will never try and in a way die a little. <\/p>\n
We might then spend days or months or even years, wondering what could have happened. <\/p>\n
The same is true for many other areas. For example, perhaps you wanted to go to Tunisia right now. You might wonder, well I should wait and see if things get better. Only to find out that 5 years from now things got worse and you missed your window of opportunity.<\/p>\n
Therefore, go out today! Do something. Today only happens once and then it is gone.<\/p>\n
